T. D has developed a transformational manifesto that centers a process and pattern of moving people from ‘struggle with living with HIV’ to ‘thriving despite HIV’, inviting those interested into empowerment, not imitation.

This program affirms wholeness as attainable, not abstract. It holds culture, faith and medicine in harmony. This pattern helps individuals reclaim power through sovereignty, agency, and self-determination.

Cost:
R500 per session. Session duration is 1 hour.

People need two sessions per week and they can club to meet the R500 eg., five individuals paying R100 each. Sessions are hybrid (in-person or via zoom/teams)

I developed this framework and run this program to make known that wholeness is a process, not an event. It is cultivated, not conferred. It unfolds through both the biology of treatment and the theology of transformation. The biomedical and the spiritual are not rivals; they are collaborators in the sacred work of sustaining life. Medicine touched my body, but meaning revived my spirit. Science stabilized me; faith animated me. Together, they held me until I could hold myself.

My lived experience with HIV has given me a conviction that empowerment, sovereignty, self-agency, and self-determination are not luxuries—they are lifelines.
